Welcome to Day 7 of the February #Feburpee Burpee Challenge! As we embark on our seventh day, let’s embrace the targets ahead:

  • Level 1: 22 Burpees
  • Level 2: 44 Burpees
  • Level 3: 66 Burpees

Congratulations on completing your first week! It wasn’t so bad, was it? Just think, with only 28 days in February, we’re already making significant progress towards our fitness goals. Let’s keep up the momentum and tackle today’s challenge with enthusiasm!

7th February Targets

Day 7 of February #Feburpee Burpee Challenge and your targets are;

  • Level 1 = 22 Burpees
  • Level 2 = 44 Burpees
  • Level 3 = 66 Burpees

So your first week is done and it wasn’t so bad, was it?! You’ll be glad there are only 28 days in February!

  • Regular Burpee | + 2 points
