Refund & Return’s Policy

Gift Cards are exempt from the refund policy, no refunds will be offered for gift cards purchased nor will gift cards be replaced in the event of loss, damage or unwanted gifts. 

 

IF You are not happy with a product or service, it’s in mint condition or has not yet been used!

The following will apply;

  1. You have the right to a cool down period, our cool down period is seven days from date of purchase. If you choose you no longer want the product or service purchased for whatever reason we will refund 100% of the purchase price excluding delivery charges if applicable providing the following statements are true.
    1. The product is in mint & resalable condition with no damage to packaging and item has not been used, consumed or altered in anyway. (This will be at Kiss Fitness’s discretion & all decisions are final)
    2. No sessions of which the service you have purchased have been used, or booked & incurred a late cancellation penalty which is treated as used.
  2. A return or refund which complies with our returns & refunds conditions stated above will receive 100% refund via the same method in which the product or service was originally purchased,
  3. If you purchased your product or service via cheque, a cheque will be issued 14 days after the date of claimed refund on the ground that the customers cheque for the goods or services purchase was cleared.

IF you are not happy with a product or service, but it’s not in mint condition or has been used!

The following will apply;

For Services;

  1. It is our policy clearly stated both here and within the service terms & conditions when you signed up that no refunds will be given once the first sessions has been used (This applies to all service products). However we want you to be 100% satisfied and will attempt to resolve issues that arise. If you are not satisfied with resolution efforts you will be entitled to 75% of the value of remanding services payable in gift vouchers only.

For Products

  1. Unwanted, used, consumed or otherwise altered products will not be accepted for any kind of refund.
