Day 13 of #28DayBurpeeChallenge, I know! You are starting to dislike the word ‘Burpee’.

  • Level 1 = 26 Burpees
  • Level 2 = 52 Burpees
  • Level 3 = 78 Burpees

Half now & half later? Why not! Break it up however you like but just make sure you do them!
