Welcome to Day 9 of the February #Feburpee Burpee Challenge! Today, your targets are on the rise, but fear not – you’ve got this! It’s time to jump to it and embrace the challenge ahead. With each burpee, you’re turning your body into a finely tuned machine. This exercise engages every muscle, and you can feel the burn – and we know it! Let’s push through and conquer today’s targets:

  • Level 1: 18 Burpees
  • Level 2: 36 Burpees
  • Level 3: 54 Burpees
