Welcome to Day 12 of the #Feburpee Burpee Challenge! Today, we’re bringing you a series of heart-pumping, body-shaking moves to elevate your workout. It’s not a lot to ask to prioritize your health and well-being, is it? We think not! Embrace the challenge and let’s get those endorphins flowing. Here are your targets for today:

  • Level 1: 24 Burpees
  • Level 2: 48 Burpees
  • Level 3: 72 Burpees

You’ve got this! Let’s push ourselves to new heights and make every move count towards a healthier, stronger you.
