February Burpee Challenge

Welcome to Day 14 of the February #Feburpee Burpee Challenge! Congratulations, you’ve reached the halfway mark! And here’s the good news: tomorrow’s targets are on the downward slope. You’ve already conquered half of the challenge, so keep up the great work! When you put it like that, it’s all downhill from here, well, nearly! Here are today’s targets:

  • Level 1: 28 Burpees
  • Level 2: 56 Burpees
  • Level 3: 84 Burpees

Keep pushing yourself, and remember, every rep brings you closer to your fitness goals. You’ve got this!

14th February Targets

Day 14 of the February #Feburpee Burpee Challenge and the good news is it’s a drop-down tomorrow. Halfway through, well done. See when you put it like that, it’s all downhill from now on, well nearly!
