Welcome to Day 16 of the February #Feburpee Burpee Challenge! Another day down means you’re one step closer to reaching your fitness goals. Even if you’re not feeling noticeably fitter yet, rest assured that every burpee you do is giving your body a good cardio workout. Fun fact: Did you know that the burpee was originally designed as a test of fitness? So every rep you complete is a testament to your strength and endurance. Let’s keep up the momentum! Here are today’s targets:
- Level 1: 24 Burpees
- Level 2: 48 Burpees
- Level 3: 72 Burpees
Keep pushing yourself, and remember that every effort counts towards a healthier, fitter you!
