Welcome to Day 18 of the February #Feburpee Burpee Challenge! Need a great way to warm up and get your blood pumping through your veins? Look no further than the trusty burpee! Today, we’re ramping up the challenge with these heart-pumping moves. More burpees, please! Remember, if it was easy, everyone would do it. Let’s embrace the challenge and push ourselves to new heights! Here are today’s targets:

  • Level 1: 28 Burpees
  • Level 2: 56 Burpees
  • Level 3: 84 Burpees
