February Burpee Challenge

Welcome to Day 3 of the February #Feburpee Burpee Challenge! Today’s challenge is designed to seamlessly fit into your day – half in the morning, half in the evening. It’s the perfect way to break up your routine and add a burst of energy during your coffee break. Doesn’t sound too bad, right? Let’s tackle those burpees with determination and enthusiasm. Choose your level: Level 1 for 14 burpees, Level 2 for 28 burpees, or Level 3 for the ultimate challenge with 42 burpees. Let’s make every coffee break count towards our fitness goals!

3rd February Targets

Day 3 of February #Feburpee Burpee Challenge, half in the morning, half in the evening. Doesn’t sound so bad, does it? Just enough to fit into your coffee break?

  • Level 1 = 14 Burpees
  • Level 2 = 28 Burpees
  • Level 3 = 42 Burpees

BONUS Points

  • Beginner Burpee | +1 points
  • Regular Burpee | + 2 points
  • Burpee with Push Up | +3 points
