February Burpee Challenge

Welcome to Day 8 of the February #Feburpee Burpee Challenge! Today, we’re dropping down again, but don’t fear, because we’ll soon be on the up. Get ready to conquer today’s targets:

  • Level 1: 16 Burpees
  • Level 2: 32 Burpees
  • Level 3: 48 Burpees

Don’t say I don’t spoil you! Now that you’ve come this far, you know you CAN do this. Let’s dive in and crush those burpees! Go get it done and keep pushing towards your fitness goals!
