Plank Challenge Day 15 Targets

Day 15 of #28DayPlankChallenge with 60, 120 or 180 seconds plank to get down and party to! Oh okay, just a plank will suffice today. You can celebrate when you’ve done it!

  • Level 1 = 60 seconds (1min)
  • Level 2 = 120 seconds (2min)
  • Level 3 = 180 seconds (3min)

BONUS Points

  • Half Plank | +1 points
  • Full Plank (on forearms or straight arms) | + 2 points
  • Plank Up/Downs | +3 points
