Plank Challenge Day 4 Targets

Day 4 of #28DayPlankChallenge another 15, 30 or 45 seconds plank today. So the first week back after the hols is the hardest but know this little act is doing you good.

  • Level 1 = 15 seconds
  • Level 2 = 30 seconds
  • Level 3 = 45 seconds

BONUS Points

  • Half Plank | +1 points
  • Full Plank (on forearms or straight arms) | + 2 points
  • Plank Up/Downs | +3 points
