SpottyDogMay Day 14 (14th May)

Congratulations on completing two weeks of #SpottyDogMay! It’s Day 14, and even though it’s a rest day, it’s not really a day off for you. But don’t worry, because you know it’s all for your own good!

Today’s challenge is to do 75, 150, or 225 spotty dogs, depending on your level. While it may not be as intense as some of the other days, it’s important to keep up the momentum and stay consistent with your efforts. Remember, consistency is key to achieving your goals and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

A rest day doesn’t mean you have to be completely inactive. You can use this time to do some light stretching, gentle movement, or engage in other forms of active recovery. Listen to your body and give it the rest it needs while still staying active in a way that feels good for you.

Reflect on how far you’ve come in the past two weeks. Celebrate your progress and acknowledge the hard work you’ve put in. You’ve been consistent and dedicated to your #SpottyDogMay challenge, and that’s something to be proud of!

Remember, self-care and rest are just as important as pushing yourself in your workouts. Take this rest day as an opportunity to recharge, rejuvenate, and come back stronger for the next challenges ahead.

Keep up the great work, stay committed, and continue to prioritise your health and well-being. You’ve got this! #RestDay #ConsistencyIsKey #SpottyDogMay
