Congratulations on completing Day 1 of #SpottyDogMay! It’s time to keep the momentum going on Day 2. Today, we’re taking a step further in our fitness journey with a small but impactful amount of spotty dogs to get your pulse raised and your heart pumping.
Level 1 challenges you with 35 spotty dogs, Level 2 increases the challenge with 70 spotty dogs, and Level 3 pushes you to new heights with 105 spotty dogs. No matter which level you choose, remember that progress is progress, no matter how small.
As you embark on Day 2, remember to listen to your body and push yourself within your comfort zone. Spotty dogs are a great way to increase your heart rate, boost your cardiovascular fitness, and engage multiple muscle groups.
