Starcember Star Jump Challenge Targets Day 30

Day 30 of the #Starcember Star Jump Challenge is all about finishing strong and celebrating the progress you’ve made over the past four weeks. With the option to choose between three different levels of difficulty – 195, 390, or 585 star jumps – the challenge allows you to choose a level that is suitable for your current fitness level and gradually increase the difficulty as you get more comfortable with the exercise.
