Starcember Star Jump Challenge Targets Day 3

On the third day of the #Starcember Star Jump Challenge, the goal is to complete a set number of star jumps depending on the level that the participant is aiming for.

At the level 1 target, the goal is to complete 140-star jumps. This involves performing a series of jumps where you spread your arms and legs out in a star shape, and then bring them back together as you land. It is a challenging but effective exercise that can help improve cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength.

At the level 2 target, the goal is to complete 280-star jumps, which is double the level 1 target. This requires a higher level of physical endurance and may be more challenging for some participants.

At the level 3 target, the goal is to complete 420-star jumps, which is achieved by completing 5 sets of 84-star jumps. This is the most challenging target and requires a high level of physical fitness and determination to complete.

Completing the daily star jump target can help participants feel hot, out of breath, and with their heart pounding out of their chest – a sign of a good workout. By consistently completing the challenge, participants can improve their physical fitness and overall health and well-being.
