Starcember Star Jump Challenge Targets Day 7

On the seventh day of the #Starcember Star Jump Challenge, the goal is to complete a set number of star jumps depending on the level that the participant is aiming for.

At the level 1 target, the goal is to complete 120-star jumps. A star jump is a type of calisthenic exercise that involves jumping and spreading your arms and legs out in a star shape, then bringing them back together as you land. It is a simple but effective way to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength.

At the level 2 target, the goal is to complete 240-star jumps, which is double the level 1 target. This requires a higher level of physical endurance and may be more challenging for some participants.

At the level 3 target, the goal is to complete 360-star jumps, which is achieved by completing 5 sets of 72-star jumps. This is the most challenging target and requires a high level of physical fitness and determination to complete.

The #Starcember Star Jump Challenge is a great way to fit in a quick and effective workout, even on busy days. Completing the daily star jump target can help participants feel energized and ready to tackle their day. By consistently participating in the challenge, participants can work towards achieving their fitness goals and improve their overall health and well-being.
