Day 12 of 28 Day Lunge Challenge with 54, 108 or 162 lunges today. If you want to make it into a walking lunge we are not stopping you, lunge to the kettle!

  • Level 1 = 54 (2 sets of 27 reps)
  • Level 2 = 108 (4 sets of 27 reps)
  • Level 3 = 162 (6 sets of 27 reps)
