Day 5 of the 28 Day Squat Thurst Challenge with 24, 48 or 72 squat thrusts to do. Try to do them all in one go and then rest. Get your heart beating fast for as long as possible.

  • Level 1 = 24 (1 point)
  • Level 2 = 48 (2 points)
  • Level 3 = 72 (3 points)
