Be proud of your progress, and let’s keep pushing forward together. Whether you’re at Level 1, 2, or 3, let’s show March what we’re made of! 💪

Day 17 of #MarchUp Push-Up Challenge, and you should know the pattern by now! 14, 28 or 42 push-ups to do so, get on pushing. Pushing your own body weight is hard, be proud.
- 🟢Level 1 = 14 Push Ups (1 set of 14)
- 🟠Level 2 = 28 Push Ups (2 sets of 14)
- 🔴Level 3 = 42 Push Ups (3 sets of 14)
