Welcome to Day 2 of the #MarchUP Push-Up Challenge! Today, we’re doubling the intensity with 12, 24, or 36 push-ups. Need a strategy? How about splitting them – half now, half later? Just remember to maintain good form and keep that bum down! Whether tackling Level 1 or reaching for Level 3, let’s power through together and conquer March with strength! 💪.

- 🟢Level 1 = 12 Push Ups (2 sets of 6)
- 🟠Level 2 = 24 Push Ups (4 sets of 6)
- 🔴Level 3 = 36 Push Ups (6 sets of 6)
