If not, it’s time to push harder and level up! Whether you’re at Level 1, 2, or 3, let’s strive for progress and crush those push-ups for a stronger March! 💪

- 🟢Level 1 = 28 Push Ups (2 sets of 14)
- 🟠Level 2 = 56 Push Ups (4 sets of 14)
- 🔴Level 3 = 84 Push Ups (6 sets of 14)
