Day 29 of #MarchUP Push-Up Challenge with 20, 40 or 60 Push-Ups today. You may have noticed yourself getting stronger as the days went by. You set the goal, now do it!
- 🟢Level 1 = 20 Push Ups (1 set of 20)
- 🟠Level 2 = 40 Push Ups (2 sets of 20)
- 🔴Level 3 = 60 Push Ups (3 sets of 20)
