Day 27 of the #MarchUP Push-Up Challenge and another 36, 72 or 108 today. Do what you have to to get them done & dig deep. It’s a little pain for a huge gain.
- 🟢Level 1 = 36 Push Ups (2 sets of 18)
- 🟠Level 2 = 72 Push Ups (4 sets of 18)
- 🔴Level 3 = 108 Push Ups (6 sets of 18)
