Day 24 of #MarchUP Push-Up Challenge and down to 16, 32 or 48. There’s always going to be a challenge to overcome, but here you are making yourself a better version of you
- 🟢Level 1 = 16 Push Ups (1 set of 16)
- 🟠Level 2 = 32 Push Ups (2 sets of 16)
- 🔴Level 3 = 48 Push Ups (3 sets of 16)
