Welcome to Day 2 of the #MarchUP Push-Up Challenge! Today, we’re doubling up the intensity with 12, 24, or 36 push-ups. Need a strategy? How about splitting them – half now, half later? Just remember to maintain good form and keep that bum down! Whether you’re tackling Level 1 or reaching for Level 3, let’s power through together and conquer March with strength! 💪.

  • Level 2 = 24 Push ups
  • Level 3 = 36 Push ups
