Plank Challenge Day 10 Targets

Day 10 of #28DayPlankChallenge and a short 40, 80 or 120 seconds plank. Remember to breath and keep a straight line from heels to shoulder (no pyramids!)

  • Level 1 = 40 seconds
  • Level 2 = 80 seconds (1min 20s)
  • Level 3 = 120 seconds (2min)

BONUS Points

  • Half Plank | +1 points
  • Full Plank (on forearms or straight arms) | + 2 points
  • Plank Up/Downs | +3 points
