Day 8 of #28DayPlankChallenge with a 35, 70 or 105 seconds plank. We are building you up so that you can reach your goal, so don’t fret if you are finding it easy!

  • Level 1 = 35 seconds
  • Level 2 = 70 seconds (1min 10s)
  • Level 3 = 105 seconds (1min 45s)

  • Half Plank | +1 points
  • Full Plank (on forearms or straight arms) | + 2 points
  • Plank Up/Downs | +3 points
